摘要
随着我国畜禽养殖业的迅速发展,兽药和饲料添加剂在促进动物生长、降低动物发病率与病死率和改善畜产品品质等方面起着重要的作用,在畜牧业发展中占重要部分。这些抗菌药物在动物机体内不能被完全代谢,积聚在动物体内随着粪便排出体外,由此类粪便造成了严重的环境污染,不仅使细菌的耐药性不断增强,甚至还出现畜禽产品安全等问题危害动物以及人类健康。因此,去除畜禽粪便中残留的抗菌药物和耐药基因是最有效的解决方法。论文主要从畜禽粪便中抗菌药物的降解方法和残留检测手段进行综述。
With the rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in China,veterinary drugs and feed additives play an important role in promoting animal growth,reducing animal morbidity and mortality,and improving the quality of livestock products.These antimicrobials cannot be completely metabolized in the animal body,and accumulate in the animal body and excrete with feces,resulting in serious environmental pollution.Not only the drug resistance of bacteria is increasing,but also the safety of livestock and poultry products and other problems endanger animal and human health.Therefore,the removal of residual antimicrobials and drug resistance genes in livestock and poultry manure is the most effective solution.This paper mainly reviews the degradation methods and residue detection methods of antimicrobials in livestock and poultry manure.
