摘要
目的探讨分组护理管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果及对风险事件发生情况的影响。方法选取2021年12月至2022年3月于本院手术室接受治疗的160例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(80例,常规护理管理)和观察组(80例,分组护理管理)。同期将20名手术室护理人员以双盲法分入对照组和观察组,每组10名。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组患者的护理风险事件总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组护理人员的理论知识、文书护理、仪器设备、消毒隔离、巡回配合、器械配合评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分组护理管理在手术室护理管理中的效果理想,可明显降低护理风险事件发生率,提高护理质量与安全性,获得患者的高度认可。
Objective To explore the application effect of group nursing management in operating room nursing management and its influence on the occurrence of risk events.Methods A total of 160 patients who were treated in the operating room of our hospital from December 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(80 cases,routine nursing management)and observation group(80 cases,group nursing management)according to the random number table method.During the same period,20 operating room nurses were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,with 10 cases in each group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of nursing risk events of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of theoretical knowledge,document nursing,equipment,disinfection and isolation,tour cooperation and equipment cooperation of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The group nursing management in operating room nursing management has ideal effect,which can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,improve the quality and safety of nursing,and obtain high recognition from patients.
