摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS建立了转炉托圈的三维有限元模型,首先对转炉托圈进行了温度场分析,得到了转炉托圈在工作状态下的温度场分布,在此基础上对转炉0°和60°两种工况条件下的托圈进行了热-机耦合应力场计算,在分析结果基础上对托圈提出了优化建议。
A three-dimensional finite element model of the converter support ring was established using the finite element software ANSYS.Firstly,the temperature field of the converter support ring was analyzed,and the temperature field distribution of the converter support ring under working conditions was obtained.Based on this,the thermal mechanical coupling stress field of the support ring under two working conditions of 0°and 60°of the converter was calculated.Based on the analysis results,optimization suggestions were proposed for the support ring.
