焦炉荒煤气放散系统在线扩能升级技术研究

摘要 目前,我国大部分焦炉荒煤气放散装置能力偏低,作为焦炉重要的附属应急设施,现已不能满足满负荷生产状态下突发故障时的放散需要,极易引发荒煤气冲开上升管或在炉门及炉体出现严重冒烟、冒火现象,酿成环保事故。以某焦化厂的焦炉荒煤气放散系统为研究对象,通过计算放散所需最小管径,结合焦化厂集气管现场实际情况和用户需求,确定开孔位置,研究并制定了在线开孔施工工艺,通过精心施工,集气管在线开孔和放散系统扩能升级成功,满足了在用焦炉荒煤气放散升级需求,确保了荒煤气的达标排放。 At present most of our country coke oven raw gas release device capacity is lower,as an important affiliated emergency facilities of the coke oven,it can not meet the needs of release when sudden failure in full load production state,and is extremely easy to cause serious smoke and fire of raw gas bursting rising pipe or the furnace door body,resulting in environmental protection accident.Taking a coking coal raw gay release system of a coking plant as research subject,by calculating the minimum pipe diameter required for release,combined with the actual situation of the collecting pipe in the coking plant and the needs of users,the opening position was determined,and the online opening construction technology was researched and developed.Through careful construction,the online opening of the collecting pipe and the expansion and upgrading of the release system was successfully carried out,which met the demand for the release and upgrading of raw gas in the coke oven and ensured that the raw gas emission standard.
