摘要
针对低品位红土镍矿制备镍铁合金时镍、铁品位差及回收率低的不足,以铁品位为21.6%、镍品位为1.89%的低品位红土镍矿为例,对镍铁合金制备时的还原温度、磨矿方式、磁场强度对镍铁回收率和品位的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在磨矿时间为180 s、还原温度为1 200℃、磁场强度为150 mT的情况下,镍、铁具有最佳的回收率和品位,满足了低品位红土镍矿既高效又经济的利用需求。
In response to the shortcomings of low nickel and iron product level differences and recovery rates in the preparation of nickel iron alloys from low-grade laterite nickel ore,taking low-grade laterite nickel ore with an iron grade of 21.6%and a nickel grade of 1.89%as an example,the effects of reduction temperature,grinding method,and magnetic field strength on nickel and iron recovery rates and grades during the preparation of nickel iron alloys were studied.The results show that under the conditions of grinding time of 180 seconds,reduction temperature of 1200℃,and magnetic field strength of 150 mT,nickel and iron have the best recovery rate and grade,meeting the efficient and economic utilization needs of low-grade laterite nickel ore.
