摘要
装备制造业作为工业体系的主体,在日益强调绿色转型发展的背景下,如何科学有效地提升绿色全要素生产率,增强发展的可持续性,尽可能在发展过程中少走弯路,成为重要关注点。通过收集装备制造业涵盖的七大行业2009—2020年相关数据,基于EBM-GML模型,计算得出我国装备制造业绿色全要素生产率。研究发现:我国装备制造业绿色全要素生产率的变化趋势存在阶段性特征,这与环境政策背景密切相关。当前,绿色技术进步为我国装备制造业发展的主要动力来源,而绿色技术效率所起到的作用并不明显。
As the main body of the industrial system,the equipment manufacturing industry,under the background of increasing emphasis on green transformation and development,how to scientifically and effectively improve the green total factor productivity,enhance the sustainability of development,and minimise the detours in the development process has become an important concern.By collecting relevant data from 2009 to 2020 of the seven industries covered by the equipment manufacturing industry,based on the EBM-GML model,the green total factor productivity of China's equipment manufacturing industry is calculated.It is found that:the change trend of green total factor productivity in China's equipment manufacturing industry has stage characteristics,which is closely related to the environmental policy background.At present,green technology progress is the main power source for the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry,while the role played by green technology efficiency is not obvious.
