卷烟信息的采集与数据分析系统研究

摘要 为了提高卷烟信息分析能力,在智能制造背景下,基于物联网技术,研究了卷烟信息采集与数据分析系统。该系统通过设置AT91RM9200芯片处理器,对现场的卷烟数据信息进行分析计算,提高了卷烟数据采集和分析能力。该系统采用DM9161芯片,通过微处理器进行多接口模块的嵌入式数据采集,实现工业以太网的互联。在数据采集过程中采用漫反射传感器,以提高检查物体或零件的能力。同时,控制触发脉冲,检测卷烟的生产过程,以提高整体采集系统的鲁棒性。该系统在分析数据信息时,还配合应用了改进型局部矩阵重构检测算法模型,提高了卷烟数据信息的异常检测与分析。试验结果表明,该系统监测异常卷烟信息误差为0.68%。该研究大幅提高了卷烟信息与数据的采集和分析能力。 To improve the ability of cigarette information analysis,a cigarette information collection and data analysis system is studied based on the Internet of Things technology in the context of intelligent manufacturing.The system improves the cigarette data acquisition and analysis capability by setting up AT91RM9200 chip processor to analyze and calculate the cigarette data information in the field.The system adopts DM9161 chip to realize the interconnection of industrial Ethernet through microprocessor for embedded data acquisition of multiple interface modules.Diffuse reflection sensors are used in the data acquisition process to improve the ability to inspect objects or parts.At the same time,trigger pulses are controlled to detect the production process of cigarettes and improve the robustness of the overall acquisition system.The system also cooperates with the application of an improved local matrix reconstruction detection algorithm model when analyzing the data information to improve the anomaly detection and analysis of cigarette data information.The experimental results show that the system monitors abnormal cigarette information with an error of 0.68%.The research greatly improves the ability to collect and analyze cigarette information and data.
