基于椭球拟合的三轴磁传感器快速标定实验设计

摘要 为满足导航与测控专业对实验教学的要求,该文结合三轴磁传感器的测量原理,采用软硬结合的方式设计了基于椭球拟合的三轴磁传感器快速标定实验。首先,分析磁传感器的测量机理,构建测量误差数学模型;然后,使用蓝牙通信接口采集三轴磁传感器的数据,并进行串口数据解码;最后,采用基于RANSAC改进的最小二乘椭球拟合方法求解磁传感器的标定参数。该实验能够在不借助外部参考信息的情况下快速、有效地提高三轴磁传感器的信息质量,结合传感器理论与工程应用,软硬紧密结合,能够提升相关专业学生的理论水平和综合实践能力。 To meet the experimental teaching requirements of navigation and measurement control,a fast calibration experiment based on ellipsoidal fitting with soft and hard combination is designed in conjunction with the measurement principle of the three-axis magnetic sensor.Firstly,the measurement principle of the magnetic sensor is analyzed and a mathematical model of its measurement error is constructed.Then,the data of the three-axis magnetic sensor is collected and decoded based on a wireless Bluetooth communication interface.Finally,the RANSAC-based improved least squares ellipsoid fitting method is used to solve the calibration parameters of the magnetic sensor.The experiment can quickly and effectively improve the information quality of the triaxial magnetic sensors without external reference information.At the same time,this experiment combines sensor theory and engineering application,closely integrates software and hardware,which can enhance the theoretical level and comprehensive practical ability of relevant professional students.
