540 mm湿冷末级长叶片强度振动有限元分析

摘要 开发了适用于小功率凝汽式汽轮机的540 mm等级全速湿冷长叶片,为了考核叶片的静强度和频率特性,基于Abaqus建立了该叶片周期循环对称有限元模型,施加适当的边界条件和位移约束,计算得到了该叶片在额定转速下的静强度和频率。结果表明,该叶片静强度储备充足,振动特性良好,具备优秀的调频能力,叶片动频实验结果与有限元计算结果吻合,证明叶片能够适应偏周波运行工况。研究成果可为小功率凝汽式汽轮机全速湿冷叶片的开发提供参考。 A 540 mm full-speed water cooled long blade applied in low power condensing turbine was developed.In order to assess the static strength and frequency characteristics of the blade,a cyclic symmetric finite element model of the blade was established based on Abaqus.Appropriate boundary conditions and displacement constraints were applied on the model to calculate the static strength and frequency of the blade at rated speed.The results showed that the blade had sufficient static strength reserve,good vibration characteristics and excellent frequency modulation ability.The experiment results of blade dynamic frequency were in consistence with the finite element calculation results,and the blade was qualified to be applied in partial cycle operating conditions.The research results can provide reference for development of full speed water cooled blades in low power condensing turbine.
