摘要
目的:分析心房颤动患者射频消融术后自我行为管理现状及其影响因素。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年1月于徐州医科大学附属医院行射频消融术的96例心房颤动患者作为研究对象。采用问卷调查的方法统计患者一般资料及自我行为管理,分析射频消融术后自我行为管理的影响因素。结果:自我行为管理评分(43.25±12.32)分,自我效能评分(2.04±0.82)分,心理脆性评分(50.33±11.35)分。自我行为管理评分与自我效能评分呈正相关(r=0.462,P=0.007),与心理脆性评分呈负相关(r=-0.238,P=0.032);自我效能评分与心理脆性评分呈负相关(r=-0.334,P=0.024)。女性、已婚、家庭人均收入高、受教育程度高、自我效能及心理脆性得分高是心房颤动患者自我行为管理的独立影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心房颤动患者射频消融术后自我行为管理处于中等水平。女性、已婚、家庭人均收入高、受教育程度高、自我效能得分高及心理脆性得分高是心房颤动患者自我行为管理的独立影响因素,临床应予以重视。
Objective:To analyze the status quo of self-behavior management in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation surgery and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 96 patients with atrial fibrillation who received radiofrequency ablation surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Questionnaire survey was adopted to count general data of patients and self-behavior management,and analyze the influencing factors of self-behavior management after radiofrequency ablation surgery.Results:The self-behavior management score was(43.25±12.32)points,the self-efficacy score was(2.04±0.82)points,and the psychological fragility score was(50.33±11.35)points.The self-behavior management score was positively correlated with the self-efficacy score(r=0.462,P=0.007)and negatively correlated with the psychological fragility score(r=-0.238,P=0.032).The self-efficacy score was negatively correlated with the psychological fragility score(r=-0.334,P=0.024).Female,married,high per capita family income,high education level,high self-efficacy and psychological fragility scores were independent influencing factors for self-behavior management in patients with atrial fibrillation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-behavior management of patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation surgery is at a moderate level.Female,married,high per capita family income,high education level,high self-efficacy scores and high psychological fragility scores are independent influencing factors for self-behavior management in patients with atrial fibrillation,clinical attention should be paid.
