摘要
目的探讨特定电磁波治疗仪辅助治疗对烧伤患者创面的修复作用。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月医院收治的78例烧伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予常规治疗(包括清创、补液、维持水电解质平衡、预防感染及定期换药等),试验组在对照组基础上给予特定电磁波治疗仪治疗,均连续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后的创面面积、疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估],治疗后创面细菌阳性率、瘢痕增生情况[采用温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评估],并统计两组治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组创面面积、VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组创面面积、VAS评分均低于同组治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组创面细菌阳性率、VSS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特定电磁波治疗仪辅助治疗烧伤患者的疗效确切,可加快创面愈合,减轻创面疼痛程度和瘢痕增生,降低创面细菌阳性率。
Objective To explore the repair effect of adjunctive therapy by specific electromagnetic wave therapy instrument on wound repair in Burn Patients.Methods A total of 78 burn patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as the research subjects were selected,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment(included debridement,fluid replacement,maintaining water electrolyte balance,preventing infection,and regular dressing changes),while the experimental group received treatment by specific electromagnetic wave therapy equipment on the basis of the control group,with continuous treatment for 2 weeks.The wound area and pain degree[assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the positive rate of wound bacteria and scar hyperplasia[assessed by Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)]after treatment were compared between the two groups.In addition,the total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in wound area and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the wound area and VAS score of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of wound bacteria and VSS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.87%,which was higher than 79.49%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of adjuvant therapy by specific electromagnetic wave therapy equipment on burn patients is definite,which can accelerate wound healing,reduce wound pain and scar hyperplasia,and reduce the positive rate of wound bacteria.
