摘要
目的分析小儿哮喘急性发作患儿应用雾化吸入疗法对其肺功能指标的影响。方法研究对象为2018年1月—2022年2月期间江苏省扬州市江都人民医院儿科收治的82例小儿哮喘急性发作患儿,应用随机抽签方法平均划分为两组,对照组和观察组各有41例患儿,分别采取常规治疗、常规治疗+雾化吸入疗法,对比两组患儿疗效。结果观察组治疗后用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气体积、最大呼气流速均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD8^(+)低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼吸困难、哮鸣音、喘息、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总疗效率为97.56%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.504,P<0.05)。结论应用雾化吸入疗法有助于提高小儿哮喘急性发作患儿肺功能指标,并有效调节免疫功能指标,对缓解临床症状具有重要作用,患儿临床疗效更高,适合推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of nebulizing inhalation therapy on pulmonary function indexes in chil-dren with acute asthma attack.Methods The study subjects were 82 children with acute asthma attack admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Jiangdu People's Hospital,Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to Februar 2022.They were evenly divided into two groups by random drawing method,with 41 children in the control group and the observation group.Conventional treatment,conventional treatment+nebulizing inhalation therapy were used to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results Forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second and maximum expiratory flow rate in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD8^(+)in observation group was lower than that in control group,and CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Dyspnea,wheezing,wheezing and coughing in this group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effect of observation group was 97.56%,higher than that of the control group 75.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.504,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nebulizing inhalation therapy can help to improve the pulmonary function index of children with acute asthma attack,and effectively regulate the immune function index,which has an important role in alleviating clinical symptoms,and the clinical effect of children is higher,suitable for promotion.
