聚芳酯纤维的浸渍预处理及其与橡胶界面粘合性能研究

摘要 采用羟基丙烯酸树脂-氨基树脂-丁吡胶乳(HAAL)环保浸胶体系和传统的RFL浸胶体系作为二浴浸胶液,对比研究了新型高性能聚芳酯线绳,浸渍预处理的浸胶液配方工艺及浸胶预处理得到的线绳与橡胶粘合力等,并探讨了聚芳酯纤维-橡胶界面粘合机理。结果表明,HAAL浸胶体系在聚芳酯纤维表面形成了稳定浸胶层,同时引入了较多活性基团。HAAL浸胶聚芳酯纤维-橡胶复合材料破坏方式由完全聚芳酯纤维-橡胶界面破坏转变为大部分橡胶基体破坏。HAAL浸胶层中HAA树脂以岛相结构分布在橡胶基体中,起增强浸胶层作用,增强了浸胶纤维与橡胶材料之间的界面粘合。 Hydroxy acrylic resin-amino resin-butadiene vinylpyridine latex(HAAL)environment friendly dipping system and traditional RFL dipping system were used as two bath dipping solution.The dipping solution formulation and the adhesive force of the new high performance polyaryl ester cord were compared and studied.The bonding mechanism of polyaryl ester fiber rubber interface was also discussed.The results showed that the HAAL impregnation system formed a stable impregnation layer on the surface of the polyaryl ester fiber,and introduced more active groups.The failure mode of HAAL impregnated polyaryl ester fiber rubber composite changed from the complete failure of pol-yaryl ester fiber-rubber interface to the failure of most rubber matrix.HAA resin in the HAAL im-pregnated layer was distributed in the rubber matrix with island phase structure,which enhanced the impregnated layer and enhanced the interface adhesion between the impregnated fiber and the rubber material.
