摘要
目的:观察回授法联合自我效能护理在肝硬化合并糖尿病患者中的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年10月于福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院治疗的100例肝硬化合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为参照组与研究组,各50例。参照组给予肝硬化合并糖尿病常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予回授法联合自我效能护理干预,比较两组饮食认知度、饮食治疗态度、疾病管理自我效能、营养状况、血糖。结果:护理前,两组饮食认知度评分、饮食治疗态度评分、疾病管理自我效能评分、营养状况与血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组饮食认知度评分、饮食治疗态度评分、疾病管理自我效能评分高于护理前,且研究组高于参照组,两组自评主观全面评定量表评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于护理前,且研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:回授法联合自我效能护理应用于肝硬化合并糖尿病患者中,降低了饮食管理难度,可提高饮食认知度,优化饮食治疗态度,提高疾病管理自我效能,改善营养状况与血糖水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of feedback method combined with self-efficacy nursing in patients with cirrhosis and diabetes.Method:A total of 100 patients with cirrhosis and diabetes who treated in Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing for cirrhosis and diabetes,and the study group was given feedback method combined with self-efficacy nursing on the basis of the control group.The diet awareness,diet treatment attitude,disease management self-efficacy,nutritional status and blood glucose were compared between two groups.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the diet awareness score,diet treatment attitude score,disease management self-efficacy score,nutritional status and blood glucose between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of diet awareness,diet treatment attitude and disease management self-efficacy in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the scores of self-rated subjective comprehensive assessment scale,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feedback method combined with self-efficacy nursing in patients with cirrhosis and diabetes can promote diet awareness,optimize diet treatment attitude,improve disease management self-efficacy,improve nutritional status and blood glucose level.
