超等长奥举动作对青少年乒乓球运动员爆发力的影响研究

摘要 目的:关注青少年乒乓球运动员的爆发力,探讨超等长奥举动作对其爆发力的影响。方法:通过文献分析、实验和数理统计等方法,研究不同重量的杠铃和不同动作对运动员下肢关节角度、角速度、人体输出功率和爆发力的影响。结果表明:超等长奥举动作对青少年乒乓球运动员的下肢关节角度和角速度产生显著影响。这些动作要求更大的下肢关节活动范围和速度,特别是在较大负荷下。此外,杠铃负荷的增加显著提高了运动员的平均输出功率和峰值输出功率,表明力量训练对力量输出能力有积极作用。爆发力方面,不论是传统动作还是超等长动作,运动员在不同负荷下都表现出显著的爆发力增长趋势,这对于乒乓球等需要快速爆发力的项目非常重要。 OBJECTIVE:This study delves into the realm of explosive power among adolescent table tennis athletes and investigates how plyometric Olympic weightlfting impact their explosive power.METHOD:Through a combination of literature analysis,experimental trials,and mathematical analysis,we examine the effects of different barbell weights and movement variations on lower limb joint angles,angular velocities,human power output,and overall explosive power in these athletes.RESULTS:The findings reveal that plyometric Olympic weightlifting have a significant impact on the lower limb joint angles and angular velocities of adolescent table tennis players.These movements demand a wider range of motion and increased speed in the lower limb joints,particularly when performed with heavier loads.Moreover,an increase in barbell weight leads to a substantial improvement in both average power output and peak power output,underscoring the positive role of strength training in enhancing power output capabilities.In terms of explosive power,athletes demonstrate a notable trend of increased explosive power in both traditional and plyometric movements across various load levels,which holds great significance for sports like table tennis that rely on rapid explosive power.
