WTC-I瓦斯突出参数并发测量软件设计与应用

摘要 传统瓦斯突出参数测定中WTC-I主机与Android数据采集仪一对一模式存在测量效率低、数据分散、测定结果难以管理等问题。通过分析WTC-I井下瓦斯突出参数测定过程,设计了多台WTC-I主机对应的Android数据采集仪的并发通讯协议,研发了新型多对一模式的WTC-I瓦斯突出参数并发测量软件,实现了多瓦斯突出参数单机并发测定。现场应用结果表明:WTC-I瓦斯突出参数并发测量软件提高了瓦斯突出参数井下测定效率、测定准确性,降低了测定人力成本,应用效果明显。 In the traditional measurement of gas outburst parameters,the one-to-one mode between WTC-I host and Android data acquisition instrument has such problems as low measurement efficiency,scattered data and difficult management of measurement results.By analyzing the measurement process of WTC-I underground gas outburst parameters,the concurrent communication protocol of several Android data acquisition instruments corresponding to WTC-I host is designed.A new multi-to-one mode WTC-I software for simultaneous measurement of gas outburst parameters is developed,and the single-machine simultaneous measurement of gas outburst parameters is realized.The field application results show that the WTC-I concurrent measurement software improves the efficiency and accuracy of the underground measurement of gas outburst parameters,reduces the measurement labor cost,and has obvious application effect.
