摘要
为了进一步提高细粒和微细粒矿物资源的高效开发利用,针对当前SLon系列离心选矿机处理量较低和运行成本高等问题,通过控制系统软件结合信号识别和数字滤波等技术,对SLon-2800大型离心选矿机进行了多锥度转鼓结构设计及优化。现场应用结果表明:与早期的SLon-1600型离心选矿机相比,SLon-2800型离心选矿机的处理量提高了4倍以上,分选效果更高,同时降低了选矿成本,经济和环境效益显著,在细粒和微细粒矿物分选与回收利用方面,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to further improve the efficient development and utilization of fine and micro-fine mineral resources,aiming at the problems of low processing capacity and high operating cost of SLon series centrifugal concentrator,the multi-taper drum structure design and optimization of SLon-2800 large centrifugal concentrator were carried out by combining control system software with signal recognition and digital filtering technology.The field application results show that compared with the early SLon-1600 centrifugal concentrator,the processing capacity of SLon-2800 centrifugal concentrator is increased by more than 4 times,and the separation effect is higher.At the same time,the cost of beneficiation is reduced,and the economic and environmental benefits are significant.It has broad application prospects in the separation and recycling of fine and micro-fine minerals.
