摘要
为提高企业的自动化水平,陕西某铅锌矿针对破碎作业自动化程度低、操作人员多、工作效率低、设备故障率高等问题,进行了破碎自动化改造研究及应用。研究结果表明:破碎自动化系统的应用可实现设备的远程集中控制、设备连锁启停、设备运行参数实时监测、状态分析及异常报警、粉矿仓自动倒仓、皮带自动纠偏与扶正等自动化控制;自动化控制的实现大大提高了劳动生产率,降低了设备故障率,改善了职工作业环境,年可创造经济效益85万元,在其他矿山具有推广应用价值。
In order to improve the automation level of enterprises,a lead-zinc mine in Shaanxi has carried out research and application of crushing automation transformation in view of the problems of low automation degree of crushing operation,many operators,low work efficiency and high equipment failure rate.The research results show that the application of the crushing automation system can realize the remote centralized control of the equipment,the chain start and stop of the equipment,the real-time monitoring of the operation parameters of the equipment,the state analysis and the abnormal alarm,the automatic dumping of the powder ore bin,and the belt automatic correction and righting.The realization of automatic control has greatly improved labor productivity,reduced equipment failure rate,and improved the working environment of workers.It can create economic benefits of 850000 yuan per year,and has the value of popularization and application in other mines.
