摘要
随着智慧灌区的不断发展,针对大型灌区运维管理存在信息化程度低、信息无法互融互通、技术管理水平落后等问题,本文构建了基于BIM+GIS的大型智慧灌区运维管理总体框架,结合BIM、GIS、物联网、大数据等信息技术,从数据来源、数据储存、应用服务3个方面阐述了大型智慧灌区运维管理系统的建设要点,对灌区进行网络化建设并构建数据库,通过无线网络实现数据的共享,提高了灌区的信息化管理水平。以某灌区为例,通过不同阶段的应用建设构建了灌区内设备及建筑物的BIM模型,与GIS数据相融合,最终实现灌区“一张图”的可视化管理,以及灾害应急管理、设备系统运行状态评估、运维检修决策、安全运行管理等多方位服务,促进了大型灌区运维管理的信息化、智能化发展,对提高智慧灌区的运维管理能力有一定的参考价值。
With the continuous development of smart irrigation areas,the overall framework of BIM+GIS based operation and maintenance management of large-scale smart irrigation areas has been constructed to solve the problems of low informatization,information incompatibility,and backward technical management in the operation and maintenance management of large-scale smart irrigation areas.Combined with the BIM,GIS,the internet of things,big data and other information technologies,this paper elaborated the key points for the construction of the operation and maintenance management system of large-scale smart irrigation areas from three aspects in this paper,including data sources,data storage,and application services,and then carried out network construction and built database for irrigation area,realized data sharing through wireless network,and improved the information management level of irrigation area.Taking an irrigation area as an example,the BIM model of equipment and buildings in the irrigation area was constructed through application construction at different stages,and was integrated with GIS data to finally realize the visual management of"one picture"in the irrigation area,as well as disaster emergency management,equipment system operation status evaluation,operation and maintenance decisions,safe operation management and other multidirectional services,promoting the informatization and intelligent development of operation and maintenance management in large-scale irrigation areas.It has certain reference value for improving the operation and maintenance management ability of smart irrigation area.
