摘要
完善综合交通运输体系,是推动交通运输与经济高质量发展目标要求相适应的关键。研究发现:贵州省“十三五”时期综合交通运输体系的总体服务水平明显提升,但由于在协调机制、融合发展、要素利用、创新引领、绿色转型等方面存在不足,导致综合交通运输体系服务经济高质量发展的作用不突出。文中据此提出,应以加强协调统筹为切入点,以补好短板为着力点,在建设高效、绿色、安全、便捷、智慧的综合交通运输体系上下功夫,为贵州省经济高质量发展提供强力支撑。
Improving the comprehensive transportation system is the key to promoting transportation to meet the requirements of high-quality economic development.It is found that the overall service level of comprehensive transportation system in Guizhou Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period has been significantly improved,but the role of comprehensive transportation system in serving high-quality economic development is not prominent due to the shortcomings in coordination mechanism,integrated development,factor utilization,innovation and green transformation.Accordingly,this paper proposes that we should take strengthening coordination as the entry point,make up for the shortcomings as the focus,and work on building an efficient,green,safe,convenient and intelligent comprehensive transportation system,so as to provide strong support for the high-quality economic development of Guizhou Province.
