摘要
“新文科”建设旨在促进专业分割转向多学科交叉与深度融合。数字中国、创新型国家建设对创新创业人才培养提出了新要求。物流产业数字化是数字经济发展重要一环。为培养符合现阶段要求的数字物流创新创业人才,文中提出了π字形物流人才培养模式,形成了以数据驱动为核心、以平台为支撑、以创新为动力、以产业融合为主线的数字物流创新创业人才培养体系。针对新文科数字物流创新创业人才培养所面临的困难,采取一系列有效措施,取得显著成效。
The“New Liberal Arts”initiative aims to shift from disciplinary specialization to interdisciplinary integration.The development of a digital China and the construction of an innovative nation have created new demands for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The digitization of the logistics industry is a critical component of digital economic development.To meet the current requirements for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship digital logistics talents,this paper proposes aπ-shaped logistics talent cultivation model.It establishes a digital logistics innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation system that is data-driven,platform-supported,innovation-driven and industry-integrated.In response to the challenges faced in cultivating talents in the new liberal arts digital logistics field,effective measures have been implemented,resulting in significant outcomes.
