清原抽水蓄能电站引水钢岔管水压试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 引水钢岔管作为抽水蓄能电站重要的水工建筑物,体型复杂,制作难度大。介绍了清原引水钢岔管打压试验原理、方法及过程,验证了钢岔管体型设计及焊缝接头的可靠性,通过试验前后的无损检测,消除了新钢岔管的部分残余应力。结果证明,引水钢岔管质量有保证,能满足运行期各个工况下的安全运行。 As an important hydraulic structure for pumped storage power station,the shape of steel bifurcated pipe is complex and the production is difficult.The principle and process of Qingyuan Steel Bifurcated Pipe are introduced.The reliability of the shape design and weld joints of the steel bifurcated pipe are verified.Some residual stresses of the new steel bifurcated pipe are eliminated through non-destructive testing before and after the experiment.The result show that the quality of the diversion steel bifurcated pipe is guaranteed and can work safely under various working conditions during the operation period.
