摘要 混凝土流道在服役过程中会因高速水流携带固体悬浮颗粒的冲击和磨损作用而出现冲磨破坏,影响流道的过流能力和混凝土结构的长效安全。永凝液(DPS)是一种渗透结晶型材料,可渗入混凝土内部一定深度并填充混凝土内部的毛细孔和微裂隙。开展实验研究DPS在混凝土内部的入渗规律,DPS对混凝土微细观形貌、孔隙结构、表面硬度和冲磨性能的影响特性。试验结果表明DPS可以显著提升混凝土表层的密实性、表面硬度和抗冲磨性能,研究成果可为混凝土流道的抗冲磨设计提供参考。 During the service process,the concrete flow channel will be damaged by the impact and wear of solid suspended particles carried by high-speed water flow,which will affect the flow capacity of the flow channel and the long-term safety of the concrete structure.Deep Penetrating Sealer(DPS)is a kind of permeable crystalline material,which can penetrate into a certain depth inside the concrete and fill the capillary pores and microcracks inside the concrete.The infiltration law of DPS in concrete and the influence of DPS on the microstructure,pore structure,surface hardness and abrasion performance of concrete were studied.The experimental result show that DPS can significantly improve the compactness,surface hardness and anti-abrasion performance of concrete surface.The research result can provide reference for the anti-abrasion design of concrete flow channel.
