摘要
从主产区收集直链淀粉含量变异度高的稻谷样品122份,在波长1 000~2 499 nm范围内,分别采集稻谷、糙米、大米的近红外光谱图,并测定将稻谷加工成大米的直链淀粉含量,利用样品近红外光谱指纹结合化学计量学方法建立定标模型。结果显示:稻谷近红外光谱经标准正态变化(SNV)预处理后,采用偏最小二乘回归分析法(PLS)建立的定标模型,精准度高、稳定性好、可靠性强,可低成本、绿色、高效地直接评估稻谷终产品大米的直链淀粉含量。
122 paddy samples with high variation of amylose content were collected from the main produ-cing areas,and the near infrared spectroscopy of paddy,brown rice and rice in the wavelength range of 1000-2499 nm were collected.The amylose content of rice polished from the paddy samples was deter-mined.The calibration model was established by near infrared spectral fingerprints and stoichiometric methodology.The results showed that the calibration model established by partial least squares regression analysis(PLS)after standard normal change(SNV)pretreatment of paddy near infrared spectroscopy had high accuracy,good stability,and strong reliability,and could directly evaluate the amylose content of rice as the final product of paddy in a low-cost,green,and efficient way.
