生产粘胶短纤维用三辊机耐腐蚀性改进

摘要 为了解决粘胶短纤维用三辊机易腐蚀、磨损后维修困难等问题,通过对三辊机的基本结构进行分析,找寻其易被腐蚀的部位、分析原因并提出改进方案;详述辊体防腐蚀设计、挡板密封结构、墙板设计和轴承箱设计具体实施要点。指出:三辊机的长期运行稳定性,对降低生产成本、提高生产效率具有重要意义;采用耐腐蚀的墙板复合式设计、烘装式的辊体装配,以及双挡板导流式防腐结构和分体式轴承箱设计,可有效提高三辊机的耐腐蚀性并延长使用寿命,且设备维修简单方便。 In order to solve the problems such as easy corrosion and difficult to repair after wear and tear of the three-roll machine for viscose staple fiber,the basic structure of the three-roll machine is analyzed,the parts that are easy to be corroded are found,the reasons are analyzed and the improvement plan is put forward.the concrete implementation points of anti-corrosion design of roll body,sealing structure of baffle plate,design of wallboard and bearing box design are described in detail.It is pointed out that the long-term running stability of three-roll machine is of great significance to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency.the corrosion resistance and service life of the three-roll machine can be effectively improved by the combination design of corrosion resistance wallboard,the assembly of the drying roll body,and the design of the double baffle plate flow anti-corrosion structure and the split bearing box.The equipment maintenance is simple and convenient.
