摘要
根据某集团浮法线锡槽产生的锡缺陷,通过对锡槽工况研究和调试,针对其保护气体系统,建立了一套科学有效的管理策略和实施方法,有效减少了相关锡缺陷的产生,提高成品率的同时,也改善了玻璃上、下表面微观印迹缺陷,为电子扫描仪级、高端制镜、面板级等高等级差异化产品生产奠定了基础。
Through research and adjustment on protecting gas system of float glass company's tin bath,established a management strategies system of tin bath's protecting gas to minimize the shortcomings associated with the tin bath,improve the level of glass production,and improve the quality of the glass surface,expanding the application of glass products.Meanwhile,the service life of refractory bottom is extended.
