摘要
目的:为了指导阜康抽水蓄能电站工程区的生态重建,促进野生草本植物的原地保育。方法:本文选取麻叶荨麻(Urtica cannabina)、白屈菜(Chelidonium majus)、菊叶香藜(Dysphania schraderiana)、骆驼蓬(Peganum harma⁃la)、秃疮花(Dicranostigma leptopodum)和天仙子(Hyoscyamus niger)这6种在当地分布较广的野生草本植物为研究对象,分别调查其种子的萌芽及休眠特性,探究了种子萌发的最适温度,比较了冷藏与浸泡、模拟干旱及高温处理对种子解除休眠作用的影响。结果:除麻叶荨麻和菊叶香藜外,其他4种草本植物均存在不同程度的休眠。冷藏有助于天仙子和白屈菜的种子解除休眠,特别是与浸泡处理相结合后,其萌发率和发芽指数均得到明显提高。在浓度为6 mg/mL的PEG模拟干旱下,重度休眠的天仙子和骆驼蓬的萌发能力得到明显提升,而且45℃高温浸泡处理将进一步提升其萌发能力。经过上述方法的组合处理后,阜康抽水蓄能电站工程区的这6种野生草本植物种子的萌发能力均达到90%左右。结论:本研究为工程扰动区植被的恢复与重建、原地保育及维持生态系统稳定等奠定了基础。
Objective:In order to guide the ecological protection and reconstruction of Fukang pumped storage power station and promote in-situ conservation of the wild herb plants.Methods:We selected six widely distributed wild herbs,including Urtica cannabina,Chelidonium majus,Dysphania schraderi⁃ana,Peganum harmala,Dicranostigma leptopodum and Hyoscyamus niger,as the research objects to investigate the germination and dormancy characteristics of their seeds.The effects of optimum temperature,cold storage,soaking,simulated drought and high temperature treatment on seed dormancy removal were analyzed.Results:The results showed that except Urtica cannabina and Dysphania schraderiana,the other four herbaceous plants showed different degrees of dormancy.Cold storage can help the seeds to release dormancy,especially when combined with soaking treatment,the germination rate and germination index were significantly improved.Under simulated drought conditions with PEG at a concentration of 6 mg/mL,the germination ability of severely dormant Hyoscyamus niger and Peganum harmala seeds were greatly enhanced.Moreover,soaking at a high temperature of 45℃will further promote the germination ability.After the combination treatment of the above methods,the seed germination capacity of the 6 wild herbs in Fukang pumped storage power station project area reached about 90%.Conclusion:This study lays a foundation for the vegetation restoration and reconstruction,in-situ conservation and maintenance of ecosystem stability in the disturbed area.
