基于STM32和BQ76940的无人车电池管理系统设计

摘要 合理管理电池组、提高电池组工作效率是无人设备需要解决的核心问题之一。现阶段的电池管理方案需要多种功能不同的芯片协同配合,导致设计过程中存在难度大、电路复杂、调试周期长、功能单一、通用性低、成本高等缺点。基于此,使用电池管理芯片BQ76940和控制芯片STM32L431RCT6设计了无人车的电池管理系统。经过验证,该系统总体设计方案可满足无人车电池管理的多种需求。整个电池管理系统的采集、保护、控制响应速度和工作效率均优于大多数电池管理方案。 The reasonable management of battery pack and the improvement of the efficiency of battery pack are one of the core problems to be solved for unmanned equipment.At present,the battery management scheme needs a variety of chips with different functions to cooperate,which leads to the shortcomings of difficulty,complex circuit,long debugging cycle,single function,low versatility and high cost in the design process.Based on this,the battery management system of the unmanned vehicle is designed by using the battery management chip BQ76940 and the control chip STM32L431RCT6.After verification,the overall design scheme of the system can meet the various needs of the battery management of unmanned vehicles.The acquisition,protection,control response speed and working efficiency of the whole battery management system are better than most battery management schemes.
