摘要
文章介绍智能化液压系统监测技术在重型矿山机械可靠性分析中的重要性和潜在价值。强调通过整合物联网、大数据分析和人工智能等技术,可以实现实时数据采集、分析和预测,从而提前识别潜在故障,降低维护成本,提升可靠性。
This paper introduces the importance and potential value of intelligent hydraulic system monitoring technology in heavy mining machinery reliability analysis.By integrating technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data analytics,and artificial intelligence,the real-time data collection,analysis,and prediction can be achieved to identify potential failures in advance,reduce maintenance costs,and improve reliability.
