摘要
介绍了国内外690 MPa级海洋平台用钢的研究现状及发展趋势,对传统690 MPa级海洋平台用钢的成分、工艺、组织和性能进行了分析。传统690 MPa级海洋平台用钢主要存在成本高、制备工序复杂、组织均匀性差、屈强比高等诸多问题。采用低碳中锰的成分设计思路,配合合适的轧制和热处理工艺,成功开发出屈服强度690 MPa级高强韧海洋平台用中锰钢板,并详细阐述了690 MPa级高强韧海洋平台用中锰钢的强韧化机理。
The research status and development trend of the steels for offshore platforms with 690 MPa strength at home and abroad were introduced.The compositions,processes,microstructures and properties in terms of the traditional steel for the 690 MPa grade offshore platform were analyzed.Based on analytical results,it was concluded that the traditional 690 MPa grade offshore platform steel had such key problems as high cost,production process being complicated,poor uniformity of microstructures and high yield-to-strength ratio.Based on the composition design idea for adding medium content of manganese and low content of carbon,coordinating with suitable rolling process and heat treatment process,the medium manganese steel with yield strength of 690 MPa for offshore platforms was successfully developed.And then the mechanism of strengthening and toughening on the medium manganese steel was explained in detail.
