摘要
美育是运用审美的方式实施教育,目的是提高人们的审美感受力、审美创造力及审美情趣,以促进其人格的完善以及全民族整体素质的提高。医学教育的本质和医学人才培养目标都要求医学院校加强美育教育,随着“新文科+新医科”建设不断推进,要求进一步促进医文交叉融合。通过转变美育教育理念,多维度加大美育教育投入,构建高素质医学美育教师队伍,加强医学美育课程建设,培养医学生正确的审美意识、学校医院联动协同美育机制和探索科学评价体系等七种路径,探索培育医学生正确的审美观和高尚的道德情操,增强医学生的人文素养,促进其全面发展,培养创新拔尖的卓越医学人才,助推高等医学院校“新文科”“新医科”建设。
The construction of new liberal arts in medical colleges further promotes the cross integration of medicine and liberal arts,and it also points out the construction direction for higher medical education to carry out aesthetic education.It is the task of colleges and universities aesthetic education to rightly guide students to recognize,feel,appreciate and create the beautiful.The essence of medical education and the training objectives of medical talents require medical colleges to strengthen aesthetic education.The construction of“New Liberal Arts”requires promoting the cross integration of medicine and literature.By changing the concept of aesthetic education,cultivating correct aesthetic awareness,strengthening the construction of professional aesthetic education courses,building a team of high-quality teachers,creating a high-quality campus culture,constructing the mechanism of medical education cooperation aesthetic education and scientific evaluation system,educating people with aesthetics and culture,it can enhance the medical student s aesthetic quality and humanistic quality,improve their ability of discover,appreciate and create beauty,It can cultivate students correct aesthetic views and noble moral sentiments,enhance the humanistic quality of medical students,promote the all-round development of students professional ability and comprehensive quality,and cultivate outstanding medical talents with top innovation.
