摘要
为研究夏季泌乳奶牛饮用磁化水对其生理和血清学指标的影响,选取30头健康荷斯坦泌乳奶牛,按照产奶量、泌乳天数相近的原则,随机分为2组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组奶牛饮用普通自来水,试验组奶牛饮用同水源磁化水。结果表明:奶牛热应激状态下饮用磁化水,可显著降低奶牛直肠温度(P<0.05),其中试验后期及试验全期,试验组奶牛直肠温度较对照组降低1.08%和0.86%;在试验后期的14:00及试验后期,试验组奶牛呼吸频率较对照组降低11.83%(P<0.05)和8.60%(P<0.05);血清甘油三酯浓度较对照组降低25.00%(P<0.01),谷丙转氨酶浓度和谷草转氨酶浓度降低5.92%(P<0.01)和4.50%(P<0.05)。说明夏季奶牛饮用磁化水,可缓解奶牛对热应激的生理反应;有效控制谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶浓度,保护肝脏功能;对奶牛脂质代谢有一定的调节作用,利于机体健康。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of drinking magnetized water on physiological indexes and serological indexes of lactation dairy cows in summer.Thirty healthy Holstein dairy cows were randomly divided into 2 groups with 15 replicates per group and 1 cow per replicate according to the similar principle of milk yield and days of lactation.One group of dairy cows was given with normal water as control,and another group of dairy cows was given with magnetized water as the experimental group.The results showed that the rectal temperature of dairy cows were given with magnetized water under heat stress could be reduced significantly(P<0.05),and the rectal temperature of dairy cows in experimental group was 1.08%and 0.86%lower than that in control group at the end of the experiment and the whole experiment period.And at 14:00 of late experimental period and the whole late experiment period,respiratory rate of cows in experimental group was decreased by 11.83%(P<0.05)and 8.60%(P<0.05)compared with control group.Compared with the control group,serum triglyceride concentration was decreased by 25.00%(P<0.01),the concentration of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were decreased by 5.92%(P<0.01)and 4.50%(P<0.05).The results indicated that drinking magnetized water could relieve the physiological response of dairy cows to heat stress in summer,control concentration of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase,protect liver function.It had certain regulation effect on lipid metabolism of dairy cows,which was beneficial to body health.
