基于ERNiCrMo-17焊丝熔敷金属微观组织及性能研究

摘要 采用自动TIG(钨极氩弧焊)实现了14Cr1MoR母材上N06200熔敷金属的堆焊,焊后研究了堆焊层的微观组织、力学性能,并采用选取了ASTM A262.E法、ASTM G48A法以及ASTM G36法三种方法研究了堆焊层的腐蚀性能。结果表明:自动TIG堆焊可以有效地实现N06200镍基合金的堆焊,堆焊层表面未出现明显裂纹、气孔及夹渣等表面缺陷;堆焊层熔敷金属的力学性能及化学成分均符合技术要求,堆焊层熔敷金属的抗晶间腐蚀及点蚀能力好;堆焊层与母材完全熔合,熔合线清晰。过渡层组织为典型的等轴晶,而表层组织为典型的树枝晶,均为γ相,过渡层晶粒较表层晶粒更为细小。表层的硬度最高,过渡层的硬度略低于表层,热影响区次之,14Cr1MoR母材硬度最低。 The N06200 surfacing layer on 14CrlMoR base metal shall be realized with automatic argon arc welding overlaying.The micro structure and mechanical of the welding joints shall be studied.The corrosion properties shall be investigated by testing methods such as ASTM A262E,ASTM G48A and ASTM G36.The results show that TIG overlaying is an effective method for surfacing N06200 nickelbased alloy.There are no obvious cracks,pores,slag on the surfacing layer.Both mechanical properties and chemical position of the surfacing layer meet relevant requirement.The surfacing layer has better resistance to inter granular corrosion and pitting.The structure of transition layer grains is typical equiaxed crystals and the structure of surfacing layer grains is typical columnar crystals with phase.The transition layer grains are lesser than the surface grains.The hardness of the surface layer is the highest,which is slightly higher than that of transition layer.The hardness of heat affected zone is slightly higher than that of 14Cr1MoR base metal.
