摘要
澳门地区是我国一个特别行政区,澳门地区高等教育是我国高等教育系统的有机组成部分。20世纪80年代以来,澳门地区先后建立了10所高校,形成了类型不同、公私并举的开放型高等教育体系。1999年回归祖国以后,澳门地区高等教育发展迅速,学校整体教学科研水平和国际化程度进一步提高。但是,由于历史和现实原因,澳门地区社会产业结构相对单一,高校的学科专业布局不尽合理,加之长期以来缺乏连贯的教育政策,其高等教育服务国家发展的优势不甚明显,青年学子投身粤港澳大湾区建设的意愿不强、主动性不够。澳门地区高等教育变革是一个稳步推进的有序过程,需要政府、高校和师生等主体通力协作。通过制度建设、学科建设、产学研合作、国际国内合作,可以提升澳门地区青年学子投身粤港澳大湾区建设的热情和积极性,为澳门地区经济社会和高等教育的高质量发展提供重要支撑。澳门地区的高校应当积极融入粤港澳大湾区建设,构建与内地高校、科研机构和企业的深度合作机制,使澳门地区高等教育在助力国家建设的同时实现自身的长远持续发展,进而推动“一国两制”行稳致远。
Macao is a Special Administrative Region of China,and its higher education is an integral part of China's higher education system.Since the 1980s,Macao has successively established 1o higher education institutions(HEIs),forming an open higher education system with both public and private institutions in different types.After returning to the motherland in 1999,Macao's higher education has developed rapidly,and the overall level of teaching,,scientific research and internationalization has been further improved.However,due to historical and practical reasons,Macao's social and industrial structure is relatively monotonous.which has affected the discipline layout and talent cultivation in Macao's higher education institutions.In addition,there has been a lack of a long-term coherent education policy.The advantage of higher education in serving the national development is not outstanding,and the willingness and initiative of young students in participating in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)is not strong.The reform of higher education in Macao is a steady and orderly process,which requires the cooperation and joint participation of government,HEIs,teachers and students.Through institutiona1l construction,discipline construction,promoting university-industry-research cooperation,and strengthening international and domestic cooperation,the enthusiasm and initiative of Macao's young students to be engaged in the GBA construction can be enhanced,so as to support the high-quality development of local economy,society and higher education.Macao's HEIs should actively integrate into the GBA construction,and build a deep cooperation mechanism with HEIs,research institutes and enterprises in Chinese mainland,so that Macao's higher education can realize its own long-term and sustainable development while assisting the national construction,and further promote the steady and enduring growth of the cause of"one country,two systems".
