摘要
为突出当地特色、拉动地方经济增长,湖南省桃江县已将竹笋产业定为当地食品生产加工特色产业,其中,以复水笋的生产加工所占比重最大。根据复水笋产品特性,并结合笔者多年厂房设计与监管工作实践,从厂房选址以及原料到成品各工序探讨其厂房设计和布局要点,最终形成厂房设计模板,为复水笋厂房建设和设备设施安装提供参考。
In order to highlight local characteristics and to stimulate local economic growth,Taojiang County in Hunan Province has designated the bamboo shoot industry as a local food production and processing industry,of which the production and processing of rehydrated bamboo shoots account for the largest proportion.This article explores the key points of factory design and layout from factory site selection,raw materials to fnished products based on the characteristics of rehydrated bamboo shoots products,and combines with the author’s years of factory design and supervision work practice.Ultimately,a factory design template is formed,providing reference for the construction of rehydrated bamboo shoots factory buildings and the installation of equipment and facilities.
