摘要
目的:探讨调剂药师应用AIDET沟通模式进行床旁用药卫教标准化沟通的效果分析。方法:选取南京医科大学附属明基医院2022年6-10月儿科、消化内科住院患者床旁卫教100份问卷调研数据进行分析,干预前为未实施AIDET沟通模式的常规药学服务,干预后为实施药学服务AIDET沟通模式,比较两组的多方面影响。结果:实验数据表明,以AIDET沟通模式干预后患者卫教多方面影响显著提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调剂药师应用AIDET沟通模式,对住院患者进行床旁卫教服务时,可显著提升患者对用药卫教内容的理解程度,提高用药依从性,降低患者住院期间的焦虑情绪,使药学服务满意度显著提升。
Objective:To explore the effect of the standardized communication of bedside medication health education by pharmacists using the AIDET communication model.Methods:100 questionnaire survey data of bedside care for inpatients in the department of pediatrics and gastroenterology of the hospital from June 2022 to October 2022 were selected for analysis.Routine pharmaceutical care without AIDET communication model was used before intervention,and AIDET communication model was used after intervention.Various infl uences of the two groups were compared.Results:According to the data,the inf luence of various aspects of health education of patients before AIDET communication model intervention was significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:When pharmacists apply AIDET communication mode to provide bedside health education services to inpatients,it can significantly improve patients’understanding of medication health education content,improve medication compliance,reduce patients’anxiety during hospitalization,and significantly improve their satisfaction with pharmaceutical care.
