摘要
本文以土地收储为研究对象,指出土地收储涉及到多个部门、多种数据和多种业务流程等多个方面的综合管理,是国家重视的一项重要工作;然而传统的土地收储管理系统存在数据共享不畅、信息不安全、流程不规范等问题,使流程缓慢,效率低下等问题。基于以上原因,本文提出了基于WebGIS的土地收储综合管理系统的方案设计与实现,在需求分析的基础上,从应用技术、整体架结构、主要功能3个方面进行详细论述了系统设计,并进行了功能测试,以期能够实现土地收储数据集中管理,流程信息化和电子化,提高土地收储的工作效率和管理质量。
This paper takes land acquisition and storage as the research object,and points out that land acquisition and storage involves a variety of departments,a variety of data and a variety of business processes and other aspects of comprehensive management,which is an important task that the country attaches importance to;However,traditional land acquisition and storage management system has some problems,such as poor data sharing,information insecurity and non-standard process,which makes the process slow and inefficient.Based on the above reasons,this paper proposes the design and implementation of a comprehensive management system for land acquisition and storage based on WebGIS.On the basis of demand analysis,the system design is discussed in detail from three aspects:application technology,overall framework structure,and main functions.Functional testing is conducted to achieve the centralized management of land acquisition and storage data,the process informatization and electronization,and improve the work efficiency and management quality of land acquisition and storage.
