摘要
国际化能力建设已经成为加强高等教育综合实力的重要途径,地方高水平大学作为我国高等教育系统的重要组成部分,构建国际化能力评价指标体系有助于准确认识国际化能力的发展现状。基于已有文献和专家访谈,构建地方高水平大学国际化能力基本框架,通过两轮专家咨询、结构方程模型路径分析、指标权重确定等一系列过程,构建国际化能力评价指标体系,以期为地方高水平大学国际化能力发展助力。
Internationalization competence construction has become a primary way to strengthen the comprehensive strength of higher education.As an essential part of China's higher education system,the construction of internationalization competence evaluation index system of local high-level universities is conducive to understanding the status quo of their internationalization competence accurately.Based on existent literature and interview of experts,this study constructs the basic framework of the internationalization competence of local high-level universities.The evaluation index system is also constructed through two rounds of expert consultation,structural equation modeling path analysis,and determination of index weights,so as to boost the development of internationalization competence of local high-level universities.
