基于磁悬浮技术的电织针磁力有限元仿真分析

Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Electro-knitting Needle Magnetic Force Based on Magnetic Levitation Technology

摘要 为研究针织圆纬机织针电磁直驱的电磁力曲线规律,通过构建织针组件模型,依据电磁学理论,由叠加原理可得出织针模型电磁力。利用有限元分析软件Ansys Maxwell对织针组件模型进行电磁场仿真,计算出在不同间隙下织针组件电磁力曲线分布,得出织针组件电磁力与间隙值大小呈反比的规律。通过不同组数线圈对比分析,得出织针组件绕组线圈组数与电磁力呈正比例,增加线圈组数即可成倍增大织针电磁力。 In order to study the electromagnetic force curve law of electromagnetic direct drive of knitting circular weft machine needles,by constructing the knitting needle component model,according to the electromagnetic theory,the electromagnetic force of the knitting needle model can be obtained from the superposition principle.Using the finite element analysis software Ansys Maxwell to simulate the electromagnetic field of the knitting needle assembly model,calculate the electromagnetic force curve distribution of the knitting needle assembly under different gaps,and obtain the law that the electromagnetic force of the knitting needle assembly is inversely proportional to the gap value.Through the comparative analysis of different groups of loops,it is concluded that the number of loop groups of the knitting needle assembly is proportional to the electromagnetic force,and the electromagnetic force of the knitting needle can be doubled by increasing the number of loop groups.
