烧成系统烟气中氮氧化物超低排放技术改造

摘要 基于经济可靠性原则,在水泥熟料烧成系统中采用SNCR脱硝方案,并通过窑头低氮燃烧器的使用、分解炉无氨脱硝区的建立及喷氨位置、比例的优化等技术改造,实现了烧成系统烟气中氮氧化物的超低排放量。 Based on the principle of economic reliability,the SNCR denitration scheme was adopted in the cement clinker firing system,and through the use of low NO x burner at the kiln head,the establishment of ammonia-free denitration zone of the calciner,and the optimization of the position and proportion of ammonia injection,the ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxide in the flue gas of the firing system was realized.
