摘要
金华市垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理中心工程,设计处理规模为250 m^(3)/d,采用“预处理+二级AO+超滤+纳滤+反渗透”组合工艺,出水水质执行《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)中表2规定的水污染排放浓度限值。本工程于2017年11月投入运营,多年运营期内,系统稳定运行。结合2021年度各处理系统水质情况,结果表明二级AO工艺段对COD_(Cr)的平均去除率>90%,对氨氮的平均去除率>99%,纳滤膜对超滤产水总氮(TN)的去除率为34.7%~47.1%,反渗透膜对纳滤产水TN的去除率为55.3%~65.9%,各项出水指标均满足设计标准,证明了工艺的可行性和稳定性。文章介绍了金华市垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理中心采用的处理工艺技术,各处理系统和构筑物的组成和设计参数,以及设计层面和运营期间的主要工艺参数的控制,并分析总结了渗滤液处理中心工程设计的特点。
The design treatment capability of Jinhua landfill leachate treatment center is 250 m/d.This project adopts combined processes of pretreatment,two-stage anoxic oxic(AO),ultrafiltration(UF),nanofiltration(NF),and reverse osmosis(RO).The efluent quality enforces the limits for water pollution discharge concentrations in table 2 of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfll Site of Municipal Solid Waste(CB 168892008).Jinhua landfll leachate treatment center has been stably running since it started oper-ation in December 2017.According to the 2021 documented water quality indices from different treatment systems,the average removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(CODc)is greater than 90%and the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is greater than 99%in the two-stage A0 system,the total nitrogen(TN)removal rate is 34.7%to 47.1%in the NF system,and the TN removal rate was 55.3%to 65.9%in the RO system.All the effluent water quality indices meet the design standards,and prove the stability and reliability of the design processes.This paper briefly introduces the Jinhua landfilleachate treatment center from the aspects of treatment processes,components and design parameters of each processing system and structure,control of operational parameters in design and operational phases.The paper further analyzes and summaries the characteristics of engineering design of the leachate treatment center.
