濮阳市某水厂排泥水处理工艺设计

摘要 随着节水及环保双重政策日趋严格要求,城镇水厂应加强对排泥水的处理及回用。为提高老旧水厂排泥水处理效果,解决老旧水厂占地有限、资金紧张等问题,文章以濮阳市某水厂排泥水处理为例,先通过实验室小试试验分析了该水厂排泥水的沉降特性,确定了适合排泥水絮凝的最佳絮凝剂及用量,在此基础上对排泥水的处理工艺进行设计,并在实际运行过程中对处理工艺进一步优化,实现了水厂排泥水的高效处理及回用。运行效果显示,该处理工艺具有良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,可以为老旧水厂排泥水处理及利用提供参考。 With the increasingly strict requirements of the dual policies of water saving and environmental protection,urban water treatment plants(WTPs)should strengthen the treatment and reuse of water treatment residuals.In order to improve the treatment effect of water treatment residuals in old WTPs and solve the problems of limited land occupation and tight funds in old WTPs,the treatment of water treatment residuals in a WTP in Puyang City is taken as an example in this paper.Firstly,the sedimentation characteristics of water treatment residuals in the WTP are analyzed by laboratory test,and the optimal flocculant and dosage suitable for sludge water flocculation are determined.On this basis,the treatment process of sludge water is designed,and the treatment process is further optimized in the actual operation process,so as to realize the efficient treatment and reuse of water treatment residuals in WTP.The operation effect shows that the treatment process has good economic,environmental and social benefits.It can provide reference for the treatment and utilization of water treatment residuals in old water plants。
