塔拉壕矿井优化设计与扩能改造

摘要 为了提升塔拉壕矿井生产能力,依据矿井现场地质条件,论述了塔拉壕矿井基本情况,并分别从工业场地选择、地形利用、开拓方式、井筒支护、辅助运输、巷道布置、永磁电机应用、工作面产量等8个方面对矿井进行了优化设计,研究应用了1个钻孔向多层巷道下料、掘锚一体机软岩应用、三软地层长距离工作面巷道支护等技术,给出了三软地层矿井生产能力提高的途径和决定参数,为今后同类型矿井建设和优化设计提供了宝贵经验。 In order to enhance the production capacity of the Talahao Coal Mine,the basic situation of the mine was analyzed knowing the geological conditions were getting better.The mine design was optimized from eight aspects:industrial site selection,utilization of terrain,development methods,shaft support,auxiliary transportation,tunnel layout,permanent magnet motor application,and working face production.The innovative points were extracted,including one drilling hole for cutting into multi-layer tunnels,applying an integrated excavation anchor machine for soft rock,and entry support of long working face in three-soft strata.The ways and determining parameters were summarized for improving the production capacity of three-soft strata mines,which can provide valuable experience for the construction and optimization design of similar mines.
