摘要
目的研究乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗脑卒中后焦虑抑郁的效果。方法抽取2020年1月至2023年1月驻马店市第一人民医院收治的脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,每组50例。单一组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,联合组在单一组基础上采用乌灵胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、日常生活活动能力评定量表(ADL)评分,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果联合组总有效率(94.00%,47/50)高于单一组(80.00%,40/50),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组HAMD、HAMA、NIHSS、PSQI评分低于单一组(P<0.05),ADL评分高于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率(14.00%,7/50)与单一组(10.00%,5/50)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗脑卒中后焦虑抑郁可提升疗效,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升其神经功能、日常生活能力,改善睡眠质量,且治疗安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Wuling capsule combined with flupentixol-melitracen tablets on post-stroke anxiety and depression.Methods One hundred patients with post-stroke anxiety and depression treated in the First People’s Hospital of Zhumadian from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected,and they were divided into single group and combined group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The single group was treated with flupentixol-melitracen tablets,and the combined group was treated with Wuling capsule based on the treatment of the single group.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.The Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA)score,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,activities of daily living scale(ADL)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than the 80.00%(40/50)of the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD,HAMA,NIHSS and PSQI in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05),while the ADL score in the combined group was higher than that in the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group(14.00%,7/50)and the single group(10.00%,5/50),P>0.05.Conclusions Wuling capsule combined with flupentixol-melitracen tablets can improve the efficacy in the treatment of post-stroke anxiety and depression,reduce the anxiety and depression emotions,improve neurological function and daily living ability of patients,and increase sleep quality,with good safety.
