摘要
目的:分析家庭康复训练联合听觉统合训练在儿童孤独症康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月湖南省人民医院收治的100例孤独症患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施听觉统合训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭康复训练。比较两组康复效果。结果:治疗后,观察组孤独症治疗评估量表各维度评分及总分、心理教育评定量表中文修订版(C-PEPY)病理行为量表各维度评分及总分低于对照组,C-PEPY功能发展量表各维度评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭康复训练联合听觉统合训练在儿童孤独症康复治疗中的应用效果显著,能够提升患儿功能发展能力,改善病理行为状态。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of family rehabilitation training combined with auditory integration training in the rehabilitation treatment of childhood autism.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2022,100 children with autism in Hunan Provincial People′s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented auditory integration training and the observation group implemented family rehabilitation training on the basis of control group.The rehabilitation effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of each dimension and total scores of Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist and the scores of each dimension and total scores of Simplified Chinese Psychoeducational Profile(C-PEPY)Pathological Behavior Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension and total scores of C-PEPY Functional Development Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of family rehabilitation training combined with auditory integration training in the rehabilitation treatment of childhood autism is significant,which can enhance the functional development ability of children and ameliorate the pathological behavior status.
