摘要
目的观察子宫内膜癌患者术后应用优质护理对下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法选取72例子宫内膜癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(采用优质护理)与对照组(采用常规护理),每组36例。对比两组患者护理效果、护理前后心理状态及皮损情况。结果观察组总有效率(88.89%)明显高于对照组(69.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS、VAS评分均低于对照组,GCQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者皮损情况发生率为13.89%,对照组患者为36.11%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以有效降低子宫内膜癌术后患者下肢深静脉血栓发生,预防效果较好,并缓解患者不良情绪,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of high quality nursing on lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods 72 patients with endometrial cancer were selected and divided into observation group(receiving high-quality nursing care)and control group(receiving routine nursing care)according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The nursing effect,psychological state before and after nursing and skin lesions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(88.89%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),visual analogue scale(VAS)and comfort status scale(GCQ)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the GCQ scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of skin lesions was 13.89%in observation group and 36.11%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with endometrial cancer after surgery,with good prevention effect and relief of patients'bad mood,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
