摘要
目的:通过分析,找到影响急诊分诊正确率的影响因素,通过对影响因素的改进优化,继而达到对基于信息系统的急诊分诊模式精准优化,并间接提高分诊正确率。方法:通过资料查阅,选取2022年9月1日至2022年11月30日。我院急诊科分诊错误的772例急诊就诊患者作为本次调查对象。分析影响分诊错误的相关因素,并进行优化改进。结果:通过多因素回归分析,影响急诊分诊准确率的因素有呼吸频率、收缩压、心率、舒张压、年龄及血氧饱和度等因素。结论:通过对分诊准确率影响因素的分析优化,继而达到对信息系统的急诊分诊模式精准优化,能达到节约资源,优化人力成本,提高急诊分诊准确率及急危重症救治成功率,亦可在强化医疗护理质量的实现急诊医护工作者与患者双重满意。
Objective:Through analysis,to identify the influencing factors that affect the accuracy of emergency triage.By improving and optimizing the influencing factors,we can achieve precise optimization of the emergency triage mode based on information systems and indirectly improve the accuracy of triage.Methods:Through data review,we selected the period from September 1,2022 to November 30,2022.772 emergency patients with misdiagnosis in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this survey.The related factors affecting the error of triage were analyzed and optimized.Results:Through multi factor regression analysis,the factors that affect the accuracy of emergency triage include respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,age,oxygen saturation and other factors.Conclusion:Through the analysis and optimization of factors affecting the accuracy of triage,accurate optimization of the emergency triage mode of the information system can be achieved,which can save resources,optimize the labor cost,improve the accuracy of emergency triage and the success rate of emergency critical treatment,and also achieve double satisfaction of emergency medical workers and patients by strengthening the quality of medical care.
