摘要
结合网络药理学和反向分子对接技术探究红景天皮肤功效及作用机制,预测红景天发挥皮肤美容功效的物质基础。通过CNKI搜集、筛选红景天有效成分,采用Discovery Studio导入红景天成分进行反向分子对接,得到红景天潜在作用靶点,利用NCBI、GeneCards数据库收集皮肤靶点,利用Venny 2.1.0获取红景天和皮肤的交集靶点,对其进行DAVID富集分析。研究结果显示,红景天苷、毡毛美洲茶素、槲皮苷、络塞维、红景天素、草质素对接靶点较多,可能通过CDK2、GSK3B、TNKS2、CHEK1等靶点发挥抗衰老、美白、抗氧化作用。
The efficacy and mechanism of Rhodiola rosea on skin were studied by network pharmacology and reverse molecular docking technology,and the material basis of Rhodiola rosea in skin beauty was predicted.The effective components of Rhodiola rosea were collected and screened with the database of CNKI,and then the potential target of Rhodiola rosea was obtained via Discovery Studio.The skin target was obtained via the databases of NCBI and GeneCards,and then the intersection targets of Rhodiola rosea and skin were obtained via Venny 2.1.0.The results showed that there were many targets in rhodioloside,Velutin,quercetin,Rosavin,Rhodiosin and Herbacetin,which might play the roles of anti-aging,whitening and anti-oxidation through CDK2,GSK3B,TNKS2 and CHEK1.
