热阻型氧化石墨烯基火灾早期预警传感器的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 火灾事故的频发带来了众多危害。常见的商业火灾预警器存在预警响应速度较慢、易损坏等弊端,因而新型火灾早期预警传感器的研发与制备必不可少。近年来,基于氧化石墨烯(GO)在高温或火焰条件下的热还原所引起的电阻变化而实现的新型火灾早期预警传感器引起了广泛的关注。本文对近年来国内外针对热阻型GO基火灾早期预警传感器的研究进展进行了综述。首先,简述了GO基火灾早期预警传感器的工作原理;然后,以GO基材料的制备方法及GO在材料中的分布作为分类依据,从含GO本体材料与GO涂层类材料两大类详细介绍了GO基火灾预警传感器的发展历程与研究现状。此外,还结合热阻型GO基火灾早期预警传感器的特殊性能,介绍了当下其在不同需求与不同场所中的实际应用;最后,对目前GO基火灾早期预警传感器的研究结论进行了总结,并对其研究前景进行了展望。 The occurrence of fire accidents has brought many damages.Common commercially available fire warning sensors show the disadvantages including low warning responsibility and being easy to damage,and thus the research and development of new early fire warning sensors is essential.In recent years,a new type of early fire warning sensor,based on the resistance change of graphene oxide(GO)induced by the reduction of GO under high temperature or flame exposure,has attracted great attention.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review on the research progress in GO-based thermo-resistance sensors used for early fire warning based on research papers published recently.First,the working principle of GO-based early fire warning sensors is briefly described.Then,the GO-based early fire warning sensors are classified into two types,GO-containing bulk materials and materials coated with GO,based on their preparation methods and the distribution of GO in mate-rials,and their development timeline and latest advancements are introduced.In addition,the practical applications of GO-based early fire war-ning sensors for different needs and in different places are introduced based on their specific performances.Finally,a summary of the current research and a future perspective in the development of GO-based early fire warning sensors are provided.
