摘要 介绍了现有蒽醌法双氧水生产后处理工艺碱法存在的不足,工作液带碱导致反应分解爆炸的原因,提出采用真空闪蒸法进行双氧水生产后处理代替碱法的改良,缩短生产工艺流程,减少废弃物对环境的影响。 This article introduces the shortcomings of the existing anthraquinone hydrogen peroxide production post-treatment process,the alkali method,and the reasons for the reaction decomposition explosion caused by the presence of alkali in the working solution.It is proposed to use vacuum flash evaporation method for hydrogen peroxide production post-treatment instead of the alkali method to improve,shorten the production process,and reduce the impact of waste on the environment.
